On this page, you can set the time, time zone, date on the router Tp-link.

 

On this page you will be able to set the time manually or set the automatic time synchronization. In this case, the router will automatically obtain the relevant data from the NTP-server over the Internet. In addition, you can enable the daylight saving time on this page.

Select the tab «System Tools» – sub-tab «Time Settings» on the left side.

Setting the time on the router Tp-link

On this page, you can set the time, time zone, date on the router Tp-link.

  • Time zone  – Select your time zone from the drop-down list.

To set the time manually:

  • Select your time zone.
  • Specify the Date in the month / day / year format.
  • Specify the Time hour / minute / second format.
  • Click Save.

For automatic synchronization:

  • Enter the address or domain name of the NTP-Server I or NTP-server II.
  • Click Get Greenwich Mean Time (Get GMT), to get the Greenwich Mean Time on the Internet.

To set daylight saving time:

  • Tick the Enable daylight saving time to activate the summer time.
  • Select the correct Start and End time period of summer time
  • Click Save.

Note:

  1. This setting will be used for a number of functions with time-based, such as a firewall. If the time is not set, these functions may not work. It is therefore extremely important to specify those values immediately after login.
  2. The time setting will be lost when you turn off the router.
  3. Depending on the configuration of the router will get Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on the Internet automatically.
  4. When setting the summer time, the start and end of the period must be within one year, and the start time should be earlier than the end time.
